Over the next several years, James transitioned into the mining sector, gaining five years of experience handling contracts for a mining-based shed company. During this time, he also became proficient in creating engineering drawings and drafting plans.

For the last four years, James has been at the forefront of leading construction crews, managing the building of warehouses and workshops. His hands-on experience in construction, combined with his strategic approach to business, gives him a unique perspective when working with property owners to create mutually beneficial outcomes.

He focuses on networking, forging relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations across the various projects we undertake.

Steve brings a diverse and hands-on background that spans several industries. He started his career working on major road projects, specializing in installing barriers and traffic management. This gave him experience in high-pressure environments, where precision and safety are paramount. Steve also has extensive rigging experience and has been involved in property investments, giving him valuable insight into both the practical and financial aspects of real estate.

For three years, Steve worked on building sheds on mine sites, followed by a recent transition into constructing domestic sheds. His technical expertise and understanding of the construction process make him an asset when it comes to overseeing both rural and residential projects.
